Serving on MISSION"S are a big deal in our family. . . .

Being of service to other's is very important in building character.  My hubby served in Brasil;  his siblings served all over the world; his father served as a youth and then he & his wife served two Senior Missions;  my brother's served Missions to Argentina and Uraguay; six of our children served Missions and we served in Brasil as a Senior Couple. Our children's children are now encouraged to go on Missions.

It's an education that you can't get any place else on earth.  People are so friendly that it became very easy to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ,  as we were flying the airline crew; with a youth group traveling with their parents to Iguasu Falls; with our taxi drivers; with the desk clerks of the hotels we stayed in;  with the cooks at the resorts our whole Brasilian CES group stayed at a couple of times a year from Northern to Southern Brasil;  and everywhere we traveled over three different Missions across Brasil; and in the city where our apartment was we shared with our barbers, hairdressers, butcher, bakers, grocers, police, street vendors, walkers in the park, fellow renters in the apartment building, Doctors, Dentist, Physical Therapist. So many wonderful people.
