Teaching GOOD WORK ETHICS is a must . ...

We were raised in families with great work ethics.  Jim's father, like mine was a building contractor.  His Daddy had him out digging trenches and "throwing brick's" at an early age.  My Daddy would go to the "Home Shows" back East with my Momma and then come back to Scottsdale and build a speck home with all the new things in it they'd seen at the home show.  Thus, Daddy would move us into his "speck home" and before we left for school each morning everything would have to be spick and span show ready before we left for school.  Decorator towels out and our everyday things hidden away.  Momma was a very neat and clean person and kept her homes likewise.  She always had Daddy's construction company offices in our homes...So I learned early how to pick up and clean a whole house in short order; take care of my younger sibling; cook and iron.  Therefore I find a millions ways to keep my "Grand's" busy and I even try to make it fun. They've help put in sprinkler systems, helped pack up and unpack family who where moving.  Helped load and unload trailers full of stuff for the dump.  Did some repairs and some constructon that other's needed.  And the list goes on and on. . . .
