When my "Grand's" have really special birthday's I make them special gifts. Like when they're 8, I make them pillowcases that have their name, the date of their Baptism, a scripture for that event. When my grandson's turn 12, I make them a pillowcase to remind them of their special Priesthood duties, their name and date. I make pillowcases out of future "Elder" or future "Sister" Missionary material. Or when they enter Young Women I make them a pillowcase out of material that has the "Values" on it. So that my "Grand's" know how sacred serving a Mission is I've given those that have prepared and gone my Temple Apron or my Temple pearl earrings, (given to me when I went thru the Temple for the first time).
