Traditions, some old some new but all full of memories.....our political asperations help us gain experience. "WIN OR LOSE". . .

My husband and I both got involved in Student Government.  I started at Scottsdale Kachina Elementary School and stayed involved thru my Senior Year at Scottsdale Arcadia High School. Jim began his political career his first year at Phoenix College. 

It was always so fun making posters, handouts and the like as a youth and it was even more fun helping our children do it!

The Tradition has carried thru to this very day as we just received word that our Billy & Karen's Audrey got voted in as her Sophomore Senator in her High School in Sandy, Utah for the year 2016-2017.

We, having 7 children take part in this, won some and lost some but we always let them know that all helped them gain character and experience.  I always had a "WIN OR LOSE" cake ready for them come election day to let them know that win or lose they were #1 in our book.
